Each session is intuitively guided, working through energetic blockages to release negative emotions and support realignment.

  • Everything I share comes from deep, embodied experience, never from surface-level learning or one-off certifications or courses.

    One thing you need to know about me is that I am continually reminded that to walk this path, I must remain in integrity. That means continuously checking myself, my ego, and my work. Each offering I’ve crafted is humbly rooted in this lived experience.

  • I am here to advocate for the truth. Period. My truth, your truth, and the collective truths. Honoring each perspective.

    As a woman who grew up experiencing various forms of abuse, I quickly learned that the truth can be both a weapon and a key to freedom. It also, can be manipulated if not shared from the heart. I believe that if we all share truth from our heart space, not from the ego, projections, or the lenses of trauma, we will find peace with one another through reverence and acceptance.

    I do not serve systems or thought processes that were never meant to truly support us. Instead, I honor the deeper currents of truth that run through life. The spirit of truth flows in my blood and informs everything I do. This medicine is woven deeply into who I am and the work I offer.

  • I honor what arises naturally. I do not follow the rigid plans that society often prescribes. I honor what comes forward. I am not here to give you the answers or tell you what to do. I offer my work rooted in guidance and a through trauma-informed lens. I provide you the space you need to move, explore, and grow at your own pace in your own unique way.

  • Through a deep, continuous shedding, I am becoming more and more comfortable with the truth that I am a disruptor. A disruptor of patriarchy, colonialism, and white supremacy. I am not here to uphold perfectionism or anything that requires the repression of women, truths, or pain.

    The work I offer is in service of this. I am an ignitor, speaking the truth when others stay quiet. I pay attention to subtleties and name the hard truths, and encourage others to do the same.
